Up, Up and Away . . . . .

As you may have guessed, something special happened after our celebratory dinner to mark the Queens 90th Birthday. Each class took a helium balloon outside ready to launch into the sky, hoping they travel as far as possible.

Tied to each balloon was a special message explaining why they were released, where they were released from and a request that the finder contact us and let us know how far they had reached.

The wind gently raised the balloons up and they headed towards Liverpool and possibly the Wirral, but hopefully, Ireland ! We’ll let you know how far they get if we receive a phone call.
